This event has been organized by C4-SPA 4 (Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition for Service Planning Area 4), a unique collaboration of community and faith organizations, government officials, businesses, foundations, hospitals, universities and community clinics, pooling resources to reduce the burden of cancer by focusing on early detection, better treatment, and enhanced survivorship.

Through this event, we will bring together SPA 4 stakeholders in a dialogue around breast cancer and the threat that late-stage diagnosis presents to women in our communities. This event is the first step in C4-SPA4’s efforts to address breast cancer through a local, community focused strategy, and decision makers like you are needed at the table.

A flyer and the agenda for the event are attached.  Please feel free to pass on this information to your networks!  Thank you.

Sincerely,

C4-SPA4 Members
