The Health Justice Network has had much progress over the past few years. Not only have we organized trainings and workshops to build up staff and organizational capacity, but we have also actively engaged with our coalition membership in dialoguing about health disparities in the communities we work with. The capacity we have built ultimately feeds in to the advocacy and policy work our coalition does; we have identified and fostered advocacy on key policy issues (such as Hepatitis B, Language Access, Environmental Health), bringing the voices of our community to local, state, and federal government.
That being said, we are asking that you fill out the following survey to help provide us with useful insight in to our work. Your opinions will help us better craft the direction the coalition is moving. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
All information collected from this survey will be confidential, and all responses will be kept anonymous. Please be as honest as possible, so that we can better evaluate HJNs performance so far and use this to create a better coalition for all.
Thank you for your cooperation!
